Robert Son 14/11/2016 13:35I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is conviently situated across from the railway station and 15 walking minutes from the centre of Bethune. The hotel was clean warm and had friendly staff. My French is not so good but I managed with the help of the staff who whilst did not speak English we managed to get there. When the manager was around that problem vanished as his English was very good. I found the staff team very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back....

Kay Don 27/09/2016 22:59Good hotel. Enough for a short stay. Nearby the station. Parking available. Room is small (especially the bathroom) but nice. Friendly people. Only negative thing is you can hear people talking outside in the night.
A very unsual review !
Monksilveron 22/07/2016 22:04I was on a trip to see the British WW1 Memorials and had supper with friends in Bethune - they dropped me off at the train station and although advertised my train was not running it was 9pm and the next train to my accommodation in Lille was 5.45am ! some 40 miles away - walking to the B Hotel opposite the hotel the desk clerk and later the Patron were so kind, first offering me a room then as l had a tight schedule the next morning kindly organised a discount price taxi to take me back to Lille they were kind considerate and calming ! I was in a slight panic when l arrived - so l will return to stay but had to place unusual review this as they proved to be a saviour !!

KpgMelbourneon 14/07/2016 10:15The hotels position next to the train station is great for getting around. The rooms are basic but clean and decor is fine too. There is a smell at the back where the rooms are, it is quite strong! Just a quick note bathrooms are small, but the shower was a great power shower. Breakfast was great, which was nice.
Not sure i would stay here again because i think there will be other choices for the money, without the smell!
Staff speak NO English, but what do you expect in a small town like this, it was not an issue, i should be better at French.
