Poorly Managed Hotel
Vijay Kon 11/06/2017 05:05I stayed in this Hotel on 06 June. Room allotted was 411. The pressure in the shower was not there so u had to use bucket. There was a rain in the afternoon the complete room was flooded due to leakage in the window seal. The house keeping came after 1/2 hours after three calls. In the mean time light went off the hotel generator does not take the load of Room AC. So u were on light and fan in the month of June even after paying 4500/- They promised all three meals for 450/- Dinner was thali. Packed breakfast they could not give. There was no cattle or tea bags in the room. The reception was not forthcoming. Spoke to manager except apologizing he had no solution. I had to check out 2 hours before the train departure so that I could avoid loosing my cool with these unprofessional guys. I don't recommend any body to stay in this place even if offered free stay. A reall cheats. We had booked 4 rooms and all of have the same opinion.
An Old Hotel
HarryRaoon 18/05/2017 05:26This must have been a famous hotel once upon a time, but clearly out of touch with new and modern amenities. Locals tell me the location is good, but the ambience and layout is not contemporary. Good value for money though.

I am preffering this hotel due to food only, chef is very co-oparative, i was not feeling well when i stayed at this hotel chef made khichadi like home made khichadi looking at my health it was realy nice for me food is good, AC also not working properly.

Worst service and food

1. Rooms did not have what they advertised them to have.
2. Took two days of complaining to get them to turn the hot water on.
3. Huge menu but no chef!!! Worst slop I have ever eaten. Attached is a pic of what they consider fried eggs to be. I showed my friends who could. It have laughed any harder! And the worst ever tasting pizza. Go to dominoes if you want something that tastes of pizza and not horse manure!
4. Wifi is so limited you can't do anything!
5. Staff overall extremely unhelpful!
Best for business Trip
Travelish_1on 28/01/2016 08:02I stayed at this hotel for 02 days for business purpose. The rooms, dining, staff and other facilities are good. Best part was its location. This hotel is located in a busy street, main market area. All places such as bus stand/ samdhariya mall are just 5-6 min walk from this place.
However, if you are looking for peace/ away from holidays, then you may not like the hustle bustle at this hotel.
