unique style room without painting or without any tile/wood cover in the walls.Rooms are spacious and cleaned,cleaned linen.very near to doi suthep mountain.Good for budget and short staying people.Breakfast adition will be a advantage.

We only stayed one night so it was bearable. Good location not far from Maya on the Canal rd so the traffic isn't as bad. The bed so comfortable which is a change. The sleep was poor as you can hear everything from a dog barking or a chair been moved in the room above. Had english TV channels which was refreshing. I would not stay long term but an overnight stay is fine.

The hotel appears new and our room was clean. It has a modern theme of polished unpainted cement and tile making it appealing but also makes it real noisy. (Doors, tv's, airplanes over head)
The staff was friendly and quite helpful with any questions. The price is very affordable but the trade off is a vehicle or taxi is required to get to shopping or attractions.
There are a couple restaurants within walking distance but I did not find any convenience stores close.
If I am in Chiang Mai for shopping or attractions I will stay not quite so far out. Unfortunately the noise was to much for me to return when here on business.

- the rooms are nice and clean and quite big
- there's a room with mountain view
- breakfast was so so, a little boring with same and similar menu for 3 days of staying
- nice lobby
- if you have your own car, it would be really good, there's a parking but if you're using public transport it would be a bit hard. It's about 20-30 to the downtown
- they used to have a spa but now it's closed
- not in tourist destinations

This place is near Chiang Mai international Convention Hall. It is 15 minutes from the airport. Not expensive. The room is dark and decorate in cement style. The water is so weak. Its elevator is so slow. We can stay 3 persons in one room and pay for additional towel and blanket. Overall is ok for business trip.
