Andrea Oon 25/07/2017 12:24Just come back from a 3 night Jet2 City Break here. The location is perfect for the old town and marina , both within walking distance and both worth visiting. Breakfast is in a small room but everything you need for a continental breakfast , all very fresh.
The hotel is in need of a little updating but this seems to be ongoing.
Roof Top Terrace bar is amazing, beautiful view , lovely space and very generous with the drinks.
We will go back to Malaga definately maybe for longer next time and will stay at this hotel.
Best transport from airport to hotel is by train, 10 mins walk to hotel and under 2 euros.
Excellent Hotel for the price.

Had a two night stay in this Hotel and found our room modern the bathroom was lovely a power shower plus looked refurbished the towels white soft good quality as were the bedding. The pillows the best I have slept on plus a very comfortable bed.
We were at the back of the Hotel so did not have a balcony however it was a good room and a good size.A nice extra was a mini bar fridge a kettle would have been nice..
Two niggles breakfast expensive at 12 Euros but lots of cafe's near so we did not eat there. Also telephones in the room but not connected so if you needed reception you had to go down in the lift. Because of this could not book a early call however as 24 hour reception they came and knocked on our door.
A big plus the top bar on the roof a lovely way to chill with a drink in the cool night air. It was only open from 6 pm until 2 pm not in the day time. Would go back as it is very central for all of Malaga's tourist spots.
Hotel was okay
adaajokuon 13/07/2017 22:28I stayed here for four nights on a visit to Malaga. The location is great, far away enough from the hustle and bustle but I also had everything I needed very near by. The room was nice and comfy although I did spit a stray hair on my pillow on the first night. The bathroom does need a refresh though. The roof top bar was great, it was never too busy so perfect to relax in at the end of a busy day. Breakfast was average but I guess that's what you get in most budget hotels in Europe.
Budget hotel has what you need!
Lauren Eon 05/07/2017 23:46Here is the deal, this is a budget hotel. It is not somewhere to spend your days. They have big rooms with what appear to be queen sized beds with firm mattresses to rest yourself on after your busy day around malaga. The breakfast is continental and varied and the rooftop bar is lovely at night for sitting having a wee nightcap! There is no room service or dinner or frills! Free water and shampoos are about it. If you are looking for a glam hotel to while away your days then this is not the guy for you!
Many people are writing reviews complaining about how tired the hotel is and how it needs an upgrade. All of malaga seems to be under construction and this hotel is no exception! The banging and drilling starts quite early on in the morning and there is work going on across the street as well. Undoubtedly people will now complain about that too!
However the hotel is in a great location close to everything and very clean. The staff are very nice and obliging and as far as I can see there is only one wee maid cleaning the whole place and she does a grand job, you could bounce a coin on the beds!
The walls can be a bit thin and that would be my only complaint but it's nothing the hotel can control. We have enjoyed our stay here and I would come back because it is all you need, with so much in Malaga city, a place to rest your head a good breakfast to set you up.

Susannah44on 22/06/2017 20:23Very basic hotel, needs plenty of work. So far only reception & breakfast room upgraded. Rest of the hotel needs a major overall. Two of our rooms had very inconvenient problems with the door entry swipe to our rooms, not once but several times. Toilets very dodged too. No offer from the hotel in way of an apology not even a complimentary drink. Overall great location, but noisy location. Not sure I would go back.
