Memorable stay at Balaji Sarovar Premier
Harsha_Moreon 27/08/2017 08:31To start with the check-in process was smooth. The rooms are awesome. Luxury at affordable price. The rooms has minibar, which has snacks, chocolates and beer stacked for the hunger pangs, though chargeable. The staff is friendly. Would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. I am actually planning to visit solapur again just to stay here :) :) :)
A 5 star experience at Solapur

Best Hotel to Stay & Eat in Solapur
Shashank1961on 15/08/2017 04:11Stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel in Solapur. It is about 5 kms. from railway station.Check-in was quick. Rooms are quite spacious. Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch & Buffet Dinner were reasonably priced. Quality of food was excellent. Very good choice of Veg. & Non-Veg.options. Service in restaurant was 5 Star. Staff was very friendly. Best value for money for any 5 Star hotel anywhere in India!
Wifi speed in room was very slow. They have some problem with hot water in bathroom.This hotel belongs to Sarovar Hotels chain but surprisingly is not participating in their popular Sarovar Rewardz loyalty program.
Completely mismanaged
DoshiKSon 14/08/2017 10:37I don't understand how a hotel like this deserve to get a 5 star rating. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities but very bad in terms of overall customer service and staff training.
The staff are not aware about anything that is going on in the hotel especially the front desk staff, they need some extensive training. They are rude to customers and will not deliver what is promised.
There was a promotional pamphlet in the room and upon checkout when I decided to use it or enquire about it, firstly, they were not aware of any promotions and blamed me that I was lying. When I brought that paper from the room to show it to them, they told me it is an old offer and still left in the room. It was not only in my room, I was travelling with a group and I had three rooms booked and all three rooms had that promotional item.
I felt very terribly insulted by the hotel staff because of their unprofessional behaviour and their lack of admitting their mistake.

816suniljon 13/08/2017 16:26Great service , great ambiance , amazing property , tasty food - Indian Chinese as well as Italian - it's a great place to stay . I lived with my family and each one of us left with good memory and experience !!!!
