frustrating...
Despina Eon 20/04/2016 13:25I was travelling with a group of about 40 people, so we made an early reservation and we were told that everything is gonna be OK.. But when we arrived suddenly it proved that they have only few double rooms left, so we had to stay three people in a room, without giving us any money back!
The other thing that shocked me, was that at 2 pm loud music started to run from the restaurant and it didnt stop untill 10pm.

4HHHHon 23/11/2015 20:39the quality and hygienic condition of the rooms of hotel balkan are absolutly o.k., the staff is very kind and helpful, but the breakfast is incredible bad.
the coffee is a undinable brown sauce - black tea as an alternative is not available anyway (only peppermint tea).
the pots for jam have been cleaned in the time when bulgarias king was still alive (to be exact: longlong time ago), the pots for the cereals (müsli) are fatty and cluey.
the clothing of the staff who is serving in the breakfast room looks like as if a washing machine last time before he bought it.

The hotel have free parking and excelent free wi-fi . There are 2 restaurants with very delicious food . Hope see you again!!! Best Regards

But since I visited this year, I was pleasantly surprised that the situation has improved so much. I recommend everyone this hotel, it is convenient for business trips and family holidays.
The service is great, there are free parking and the location is very convenient.
The breakfast was very good and you make pancakes for breakfast on your taste.
