Big Hotel small car park

This Hotel sems to sprawl in all directions the room we were given could not have been further away from reception (ok there were 2 rooms further away) The room was however nicely appointed with tea & coffe making facilities and a good bathroom unfortunately is was a room that allowed smoking, opening up the patio doors and the door to the bedroom helped reduce the stale smell. The food was good and plentifull for the evening meal which was buffet style as was the breakfast. The very few staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The car park was very small however I did notice that there was some sort of civils work going on close by so perhaps this issue is being addressed. Nothing special does what it says on the tin.

Nice hotel located in fab locations.
Good spacious and clean rooms, ok pool and spa facilities, but you need to know some basic German words to get the best experience.

Restaurant was a bit boring, and it seemed like the staff preferred to sell the buffet in stead of a la carte. The card only had three main courses, and nothing for children, so our five-year old had to get the buffet (which were half price because of her age.

But the hotel was cheap and it was ok for a couple of days.

A very good hotel, surrounded by big forest. A very friendly stuff. Rooms were clean. Wi-Fi and parking were free of charge. Breakfast was very good. There are indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel.

Hotel is located in the forest-park, about 2 km from city center. Unfortunately, trains pass by quite often but birds sing and relaxing atmosphere is kept.
Staff is friendly and professional.
We have got suite - separate sleeping room and living-room, big balcony and huge bathroom. Toilet was small and separate. Bed was very comfortable.
Minus - first floor is smoking floor so we have to accept not nice smells or move to smaller room. So we decided to keep it as it was.
Wellness center is nice but swimming pool is very small. Hot resting room with deck-chairs and fireplace can be nice place if rain and cold out of the windows.
Dancing bar in the cellar is usually overcrowded and give a chance for mixing with strangers.
Hotel is nicely decorated with real flowers and some odds.
Parking place is free but located in the forest near the hotel. Somebody had reported burglary :( and police came when we were about to leave. Sad.
All in all, hotel prices and service quality we have got are aligned.
Against - this is a huge hotel and they earn money getting through huge number of guests every day so restaurant service is a bit canteen like - evening food is a buffet with only one kind of meat (or only fish(!)). One day we ate fish in a white souse and the other day that was a goulash. Wine quality is average.
Morning breakfast is OK but very sweet juices from concentrate are really below par.

Summary - good and solid offer in the price however few things could be improved.

Good stopover hotel

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to Denmark. Friendly helpful staff at reception on arrival. Our family room consisted of a lounge with a bed sofa made up for our children and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower, bidet, two washbasins and a hairdryer. The toilet was separate. The room was clean and if you're a non-smoker then remember to opt for a non-smoking room. The hotel swimming pool was great for the kids.
Our evening meal was a buffet. Food was reasonable for a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice.
The interior is slightly dated, however, it was excellent value for money and we would consider staying again.
