Feel at home in Rome!
Konstantina Kon 30/12/2016 17:10These rooms, clean and cosy, is all you need while in Rome. Easy to find, very convenient, near the train and metro station, 10 min walk from the Colosseo. The owners,very helpful and kind, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is served in a local bar with tasteful tramezzini and cornetti. Very good choice!
Pleasant and relatively cheap at the time
sparkylondon 26/09/2016 16:56The hosts were friendly and helpful and were onsite some of the time. The rooms were clean but a little dated and dark as there was only one small window. However, Rome accommodation was very expensive when we booked and this was good value and met our needs.
The breakfast is via a voucher to be redeemed at a local café, which we didn't realize at the time of booking. To be honest we didn't really like this, as it was very crowded and we couldn't always get a seat.
Location wise it was fine for us. We could walk to the main tourist areas, although they were about 35 mins away, so others may have struggled. There was a Metro station about 5-10 mins away. There were numerous restaurants nearby, although it is not the most salubrious part of town.

Robin Don 19/09/2016 19:51Civico 31 was excellent choice for our visit...safe, quiet area...easy 10-15 min walk from Roma Termini station or if you use metro less than 5 mins. Max is wonderful host, attentive and available! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good start to the days exploring. Definitely recommend staying here and would return!

Nesa Pon 28/08/2016 11:42The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed. Host Max was very kind and always at your service. Very good location, 15 minutes walk from Termini Station. We were in the blue room with an interesting interior.
excellent budget place
jedrus7on 10/08/2016 15:50Nicely located B&B with good prices and really nice people there. Clean, also AC worked very well. The only problem was with cleaning, it took too much time, and often when we were back it was not finished, otherwise excellent budget place.
