Home away from home kind of place. Clean, very welcoming and very good value. Highly recommended. Stefania was there to welcome us and provided good insight on what to do and where to eat etc. Breakfast was simple but very pleasant

This was our third stay at I Mastrazzi and we'd never want to go anywhere else in this area. The welcome is always wonderful and Stefania takes care of your every need, giving excellent advice on places to visit and providing bus and train timetables to nearby places of interest. The public transport is very good, convenient and most reasonable. We used it to go to Taormina (fantastic bus journey) with great views of Mt. Etna, Likewise to Catania and Siracusa. Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and with good space. With a double and single bed it's very useful for a family. The location looking over the marina is peaceful and you soon get used to the church bells nearby! (They are silenced at night.) It's lovely to have use of the kitchen at any time during the day and with only 3 rooms in the B and B, you rarely hear other guests. Such a treat to have Stefania's excellent breakfast on the patio in the sun looking out to sea. Thank you so much for a super holiday. This won't be our last visit I'm sure.
We visited the pizzeria Bella Napolita and were amazed by the huge range, the size and incredible prices of the pizzas there, around €5 each. If you want something a bit special but not exhorbitantly expensive at all, try Le Botti on the sea front, 10 mins from the B and B. The quality of the fish and sea food is something else and it's a truly Sicilian menu.

We spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel that near the marina. The room was very clean, and comfortable The breakfast was always amazing. Stefania baked fresh lemon pie and croissants there was amazing. There were always fresh fruits and good coffee. She was also always very helpful. Riposto is a wonderful town with very good train connections to everywhere.
She and her family are delightful hosts. I can really recommend this place.

First big big big plus for Stefania for the service. Everything was clean, She was always helpful, has many informations and she was taking care of everything. And first of all she speaks quite good english which is not common in Sicily. Great breafast!
It is very good starting point to see Etna.
The bathroom and the shower could be a little bit bigger, but I think it is apriopriate to the price and generally to the narrow streets and tiny everything (cars, steps, doors) in Sicily :-) Oh, by the way, no problem with parking a car, free parking is next to the door of B&B. I was in June, don't know how it is in other months but I think it is simillar. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. Wifi works perfectly and tv and air condition also.

I went during a wet January to Riposto to view a house for sale. B&B Mastrazi was my home from home for four nights. The place is small and I was the only guest. I had a clean, straightforward room with its own bathroom, television and wi-fi use. I could see the masts of boats from my window across a small shaded courtyard. Until the harbour and road were made this house was upon the beach. It is a three minute walk to Riposto's central square past the daily excitement of fish straight out of the sea and the main market full of the delicious fresh food that never makes it to Sainsburys. My host could not have been nicer, more helpful or charming and would have proved a godsend had I decided to buy the house. Although quiet in winter the B&B is right next to the harbour full of yachts and small fishing boats so I imagine summer brings quite an atmosphere. Should you be going this way or find yourself in Riposto needing a place to stay, you couldn't do better for overall ambiance and value; I would recommend this little place
