Diogo Lon 17/05/2017 15:52I booked this apartment a month in advance. The week before my arrival I started receiving a lot of e-mails and whatsapp messages regarding my time of arrival. I found the insistence a little bit odd. Two days before the arrival I received a call, again asking for my time of arrival. I told the hostess I would arrive around 4 pm. I arrived at the apartment at 4:30 pm. Nobody answered the door and the hostess didn't answer or returned any of my calls. I left several messages informing her that I had arrived, and still got no answer. I was travelling with my son (who is 9 months old - and the hostess knew this because we talked about arranging a crib) and got stranded in the middle of the city in a very hot day without a place for him to sleep or to heat his meals. I text this to the hostess and still got no replies. I went into a restaurant just so I could heat my son's food and figured I could make some time. I later returned to the apartment to check if the hostess was there already. That's when things got even weirder. A family was living in the apartment and they said that their check-out wasn't due for another 2 or 3 days. I called the hostess time and time again and nobody answered. Bare in mind that this was the same phone number that she used to contact me several times prior that week. 3 days have passed and I still haven't heard from her. Hopefully she will reply to this review because I'm starting to get worried. Roxana, if you are reading this please tell me if you are alright.
Best option and excellent location near the Vatican
Cezara Don 09/07/2016 13:33First-hand services and hospitality of the hosts. Room nice furnished and decorated. Excellent location near the Vatican, area full with cafes, restaurants, facilities and shopping. Highly recommend for a stay in Rome!
A convenient B&B in the heart of the Vatican quarter
Sy Lon 16/06/2016 19:38Located a few hundred yards from the Vatican on a busy commercial street near numerous cafes trattoria and in front of a subway, this B&B offers convenience and peace. Rooms has its own toilet but shared kitchen area. They have many rooms located on the 4th levels of two wings front and back separated by a short distance. The one on the back is very quiet. The personel on each is not petmanent and will meet with you to give the keys and other info you may need. They will email you the day before your arrival to convene about your probable arrival time to be there. So if you arrive at another time just make sure you are able to get in touch with them by phone. The rooms are clean and the Bianca is very helpful and fluent in English.

SANDWICH108on 22/05/2016 18:53We stayed here for our long weekend break. The room was comfortable and clean all you need when you are out all day. Location is fab situated on a busy road with bars and cafes and literally just around the corner for the Vatican museum. There is also a Burger King and mc Donald's. It is confusing if you arrive late as we did of where to go. Re pushed the buzzer from the outside but nothing luckily some was coming out so when u enter go to the glass door to the left again someone came out as it needs key. When you go thru glass door take lift to 4 th floor and then it's door to your left when exiting lift. This info would have been helpful to us so just thought I would mention it. The building is like a block of apartments where some have been split into B&B,s. Also subway just 2 minute walk one more thing the door is in front of the flower stall.

alon050on 09/03/2016 21:31The location is excellent near the Vatican and very close to the metro and bus stations. The area is full with shopping places, restaurants and bars.
The crew are wonderful and the room was clean and in good condition.
