The coldest
Zsolt Son 23/01/2017 08:24We had to wait around 2 hours outside as nobody was there. The room and the bathroom was really cold, even though the heating was on. The only good thing was that the kitchen had everything we needed.
Nice visit

There was although a couple of bad points
I had to wait around 2 hours due to nobody actually being at the b&b as I had to get a friend to call for me as I couldn't use my data for international calls and this would have been no problem if I knew this before.
Also the room was very cold at night I'm not too sure if there was a problem
With the heating.
The breakfast was good and help
Yourself and the owner was nice.
Ideal location
SkyBlueBarmyon 15/01/2017 23:29This was purchased for us as a Christmas present and was all that we needed for a 48 hour trip to Venice. Leonardo and his brother Lorenzo were very helpful and offered to meet us if we got lost, but we managed to find it and were given our keys in the morning before the room was ready. We were in the top room which does have steep stairs (we are getting a bit old but managed to climb the stairs but you do need to have good strength in your legs and this would not be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility ) extremely comfortable bed after a day exploring as soon as we got to bed we were both fast asleep. Only down side was that you do hear everything from the room downstairs. It is not far from the acadamia bridge and only about a fifteen minutes stroll from st marks square. It's a self service breakfast but that was fine and all we needed to start our sight seeing day. Thank you to you both .
A bit disappointing
Iryna Ron 04/01/2017 14:25My partner and I stayed in B&B Leonardo for 2 nights during the New Year period. We agreed with the owner beforehand about the time of our arrival. Nevertherless, we had to wait for him 20 minutes outside. Our room was cold and the bed was not really comfortable due to the gap between the two mattresses. The towels were clean but didn't smell fresh (they had a smoking odor). For checking out we were asked to pay for our stay in cash and the owner did not have any small change. About positive points: good location and the kitchen (breakfast&dishes) was well maintained.
Great stay in BB leonardo
Ali Don 01/01/2017 12:00The bb is really centrally located, it is a little bit difficult to find the first time, but once you get there it is really well located. You easily reach San Marco square and Rialto bridge.
The room was cozy and nice. In the winter time it is a little bit cold.
Kitchen facilities can be used all day long, this is a great advantage. There is a small supermarket close to the bb so you can buy the necessary for your stay, no worries if you did forget anything.
The owner is nice and friendly and stay at your disposal at anytime.
