The staff here are what makes the place! I enjoyed the girls at the front desk and they were very helpfull in all our needs.
We had room 4 which is right at the top of the stairs. We had two issues while there.
The door slamming. from the rooms above. We did not enjoy that.
The other issue was the people who live or work in the window across from the room.
All night long we listen to them yell or talk. Sleep was very little I'm afraid to say.
The room was small and basic. But the place is within walking distance to several restaurants. The Kennedy park. Several big food stores, you can great bottles of wine from. Nice 15 min walk from the beach. (Which we didn't even know) All in all, would I stay there again, yes. Would i stay in the same room, no. Breakfast was the best we had in all the little hostels that we stayed at. Thanks for having us.

Good location, that's it. Room are not air-condition, so good luck with that in Lima. They do have a fan but that will not help much. Basic breakfast. Receptionist (Brenda) was rude as hell. The sun will wake you up every morning. Impossible to bock it with the blinds they have. I do not recommend this place.

It is very well located in Miraflores, very close to the main touristic attractions. Rooms are simple but clean. Employees are very gentle and ready to help. There are not many options for breakfast and it is still nice. Very pleasant place and nice internet service.

The staff here were really nice (even made us a packed breakfast the day we left early in the morning and booked taxis for us). The room was clean and not noisy. The beds were really comfortable. Short walk to some attractions in Miraflores. Overall very happy with our stay here.

good price for B&B in miraflores area. Many restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Day receptionist very helpful. Night person was getting kick backs from taxi drivers he refers, so they are charging more to the client.
