It is not worth
Luigi Don 16/05/2016 16:14The hotel is situated 2 minutes by walk from the central station Termini. When you enter from the main door , the view is amazing, you can see a garden with a beautiful trees.The hotel seems extracted from an initial flat, it turned into rooms. The room was tiny but really nice, there is also the possibility to make a coffe and thè. The bathroom is situated outside the room, in the same way it was written on internet. I didn't like 2 things: 1)the room was missing the telecontrol for air; 2) the hotel owner (an old granny) was very helpful but a little bit with too much self confidence, strict and bossy. For the price I paied i think it is not worth.

Ariiyana Lon 19/12/2015 22:39This price you can get a good place to stay which is close to Roma Termini and great breakfast. Room is clean and safe. Olga's a very good owner. She gave us a room with internal bahtroom instead of external bahtroom which we'd a booking.
Perfect location and perfect people
judgej8on 08/10/2015 16:12Stayed here for three nights. All staff were so helpful and the rooms are spotless clean. Location is great for getting about and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. The local supermarket is great for getting water etc and cheap. Breakfast here is very nice and you can be sure of a lovely morning welcome from Olga (the owner)
this is our first time in Rome but I will be sure to come back and will certainly want to stay here again.

Oasis in rome
killickon 06/10/2014 13:58Great location near to train train station but on a nice street with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were large spotless and the price included air con, safe and tv. Our host Snra Olga was very pleasant and helpful and provided a varied breakfast.
Great Base for Rome
Semperprontoon 31/08/2014 18:30This hotel is very close to Termini railway station (two blocks back). Rental car drop-off is also quite near but a bit tricky to find. If you press the street buzzer on the left side of the big street gate, Olga will come and guide you up through the quiet courtyard to the elevator to your door.
Rooms are bright, clean and roomy (some more than others but all OK). You're on the third floor, Olga and breakfast are one floor up. Breakfast is typical European but includes cereal. If you're active, all the key sites are walkable. Otherwise hop-on hop-off buses and the metro are close at hand.
