Flavio Gon 21/07/2017 05:22Good location, just two stops away from Termini Station by subway. We stay in a very large room with a balcony. The bath is outside the bedroom what can be an inconvenient for some guests. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were served a wonderful breakfast en suite everyday. It's very close to Coliseum and to the Archbasilica of St. John in Lateran. It's not so close to the other main attractions but if you don't mind using public transportation, it won't be a problem.

Continental breakfast large and varied. easy walking distance of metro, Collesium and several good restaurants.
3 couples stayed and we'll all rebook next time we head to Rome.
Great place and super convenient
roadogson 19/12/2016 03:22We stayed in the spring of 2015.Yes I know I'm just a bit slow getting back to some reviews. So the first thing that attracted me to this place was the location and then the great price.A whole month in Italy and the best value I think.Now back to the location.You can walk there from the termini train station unless you got silly with your luggage requirements.You can also walk to all the major sights and perhaps discover some under-rated jewels for yourself along the way. We never met the owner but the young lady working there was quite nice and very helpful. She got us
a nice breakfast, gave us good directions and was willing to chat with us a bit about her dream of NYC. So before booking we did read some bad reviews that almost scared us away but our experience was nothing but great. I should mention that I'm in the lodging industry myself and found the stay was just great by my standards. Good quality linens,nice breakfast, en-suite bathroom, nice helpful staff and a reasonable price. Having mentioned the great location and being able to walk everywhere it should be pointed out that I love touring old cities on foot and have no trouble out walking for 5 or 6 hours in an interesting old city center.

I called the number to B&B Santa Croce to let know we just landed on Fumino Airport and will head straight to Termini and jump to the Manzoni station. Once on the street trying to start looking for the place, I hear this lady calling my last name: she was waiting for us right there in the sidewalk to make sure we didn't have problems finding the place.
We were given the chance to pick our room (large with external private bathroom, or regular with on-suite bathroom) which we appreciated because some people will find better one over the other.
The room was pristine and we rested very well! As per our request the brekfast was prepared at an earlier time since we had an early agenda for our stay, we definitely appreciated this.
The breakfast itself is delicious: juice, coffee (great coffee!), toast, nutella, hard boiled eggs, cereal, cream cheese (surreally tasty), bakery, and did I mention great coffee?
Back from our day out in the city our room was so clean, bed done, garbage taken out.
Last but no least, location! 1 block away from Manzoni station, which is 2 away from Termini. Wanna go to Vaticane? 20 minutes, wanna walk to Colosseum? 20 minutes!
All this by a great price. Definitely recommended!
A home away from home in Rome
Gitte Herloev Bon 03/10/2016 11:13A nice B&B situated in a Residential area within walking distance from the Colosseum and one of the major Metro lines that will take you to most of the top-tourist sites.
We chose the 'suite' - A large comforatble room with private balcony, sofa, fridge and dining table. Perfect for couples, friends or Family travelling to Rome. The hosts were friendly and professional and offered great explanations on how to get around the city. Breakfast was delivered on a rolling table at the time of your choice - really great as it was easy to take it onto the balcony. Great breakfast that will keep you going until lunch-time. They even prepared a breakfast-to-go for our early departure on the last day. This place is great value for Money!
