Disappointing and very rude

Paolo, your daughter was very pleasant and accommodating. We were okay until you arrive the following morning. You were very rude! You expected NOT to hear a sound at 9:00 in the morning? Seriously? We were a group of 7 and it was impossible for us NOT to talk! It was not as if we were boisterous! Talking is normal in case you do not know. Do not expect us to whisper just to make you happy! Otherwise, you have to clearly put a warning in your ad that people are not allowed to talk!

You knew for a fact that we have with us a two-year old. If you did not want to hear a child cry or make a sound then you should have declined our reservation, we would have gone somewhere else!

By the way, we were not slamming your door on purpose! We're civilised people. If you do not want your doors to make the slightest sound, put a door stopper or rubber or something. You should be able to afford that.

Lovely b&b next to Rialto

Friendly and very kind staff, lovely breakfast served in the room (I miss the excellent italian coffee), super location - a couple of minutes walking distance from Rialto - and beautiful room! We will come back for sure :) thank you for all!

Cheeky impatient owner

His wife is amazing but Polo is very cheeky and impatient. Within 5mins of arriving in Venice he expected us to know Venice well enough to take directions over the phone,we were still trying to get our bearing of the place. However we r thankful that he came out to get us from the bridge,organised accommodation for my sister and husband that we were travelling with as the bathroom at his B&B had issues. However I would say the place could use some cleaning as it is dirty.....The stains that we had seen in the toilet were there a full day later to show that they never cleaned. Our room was untouched when we came back so no room service. The breakfast promised we never got.....I'm still in the B&B so maybe will get it tomoro. Location is not bad....But room is not fresh at all.
I know Venice is expensive but I would rather spend a little extra on a place that is run with more passion.

I stayed here last month with my Mum and it was pleasant. The location on booking.com isn't actually that clear for someone who hasn't been to Venice before. We got completely lost but thankfully a kind man showed us the way. Once you find it, its right beside the Rialto bridge therefore brilliant location.
The room is very basic, and shared bathroom with the rest of the flat. No aircon which was a struggle but they provided a fan. So loud outside at night but that isnt the B&Bs fault
The host brought our breakfast to our room which was lovely. Simple packaged food with fresh coffee/tea.
They kindly let us leave our bags there on our departure date.

Ramshackled stinky hole. Don´t trust the photos. Furniture is very old and are falling apart. The whole think smells very penetrant and opening of the window doesn´t help. The matrass and the bed sheets have seen better times.
