Angels67on 17/05/2017 16:23We stayed 3 days in Rome and if we come back, we'll repeat the same place. The room and the toilet was very clean and the bed very confortable. The location is perfect, near to the Vatican. Good breakfast and the hosts were very friendly.

Great location and value
trishsinclairon 30/09/2016 17:33My husband and I stayed for nine nights recently on a trip to Rome, and found it to be perfectly located in the lovely Prati neighborhood. If you are walkers, you can walk to most of the big attractions, but also enjoy less crowded and more residential Prati with many restaurants and an excellent gelato shop on the same block. We only took the metro twice, both times from LePanto station (which is just two blocks from the B&B) and made our way back from sites like the Colosseum to save a little time. Otherwise, we walked everywhere. Hosts Cristina and Barbara and friendly, welcoming and keep the place spotless. Nice breakfast--they'll make eggs if you want and as many cappuccinos as you can drink! They are there only in the mornings. Our rooms were on the second floor; but there is an elevator if needed. It was quiet. We were also able to take the 6 Euro bus to and from Fiumicino Airport to Via Cresenzio, just a short walk to the B&B. This is a great place for budget conscious travelers.
Much better than a 5 star hotel.
neilgbautistaon 08/08/2016 16:37It is located on the 6th floor of the building but going up and down is not a problem because there is a lift. Located centrally, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and other key places.
Mariana, the one who welcomed us is so sweet, helpful, accomodating and approachable. She prepared our breakfast every morning. Excellent Breakfast it was. Big value for money.
The room and the toilet was clean and comfortable.
Location is perfect, close to all key places.
Negative: you will be given atleast 4 keys...so u have to carry these 4 keys if u go out, Just getting in and out will take time so better know which key is for which. (1- your room key, 2-the apartment key, 3-the key to the door going to the lift, 4-the main door of the building). On our last night, a family of 4 with 2 big dogs checked-in and it was so noisy(dogs barked) that night. I hope they refuse accepting people with pets. The following morning Mariana was also upset by what happened and was so apologetic.
San Marco Restaurant is just few meters walk, and serves the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life.
We booked a taxi through Mariana and it was a fare price from Airport to B&B and back.

FKYRHELLASon 19/05/2016 15:10Very convenient location in an excellent neighborhood with all you want in walking distance. Close to Vatican (10'), Piazza Popolo (10'), Spanish steps (20'), P.Navona (15'), Campo dei Fiori (25'), etc.... Some sights are further away (Pantheo, Fontana, Colosseum) but within walking distance still and with great sights in between.
The value for money for this BB is great, since it is also clean and with sufficient breakfast. We stayed in one of the 1st floor rooms which are not the best in various terms, mainly because they are the older ones, lack some basic ammenities (hangers for towels for example) and a bit noisy since they are in the same level where breakfast is served. All in all a fair BB to explore Rome.
