The staff, which speaks only Chinese, was only moderately helpful when any of the many things went wrong. The hotel does not serve coffee, and the staff is so contemptuous of coffee that they won't even tell me where I can get some. Second, when I asked for help with some noisy neighbors late at night, they were perplexed that I would want to ask anyone to be quiet. The elevators "get tired" and so do not stop on some floors on random days. I'm not joking. Add that I could feel the springs in the mattress, and you have a 3rd-class hotel. Stay away.

Very Nice Hotel , excellent staff , but for a little food poisoning second to last night , I could have said better . Internet expensive .
