Anwer Don 03/02/2017 00:07We stayed at this suites hotel for 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised to find that at approximately £40 per night we had an enormous suite which was very large, and in a very exclusive part of Amman. The furniture was very modern with good space around and the bathrooms were also very modern with hot water throughout. The kitchen was well fitted. There are many restaurants within walking distance in this upmarket area. Shopping malls are also nearby and we walked all the time. The staff were very pleasant and we got upgraded without even asking as it was their winter time. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would visit again as it is very affordable and very good value for money.
Lots of up and downs.
Nidal Aon 22/02/2015 15:15It is quite understanding why the reviews are up and down in this hotel apartment. It all got to do with luck, some of the rooms are in good shape and some others are not specially the hygiene in kitchen bathroom and equipments.
My stay cost some 85 JD a night, I hade two bedrooms, a small sitting area, and small kitchen area.
The money paid for this hotel could be worth it if the management invest more in cleaning issues. Specially bathrooms and kitchen are.
Might come back but only if I could review the rooms and choose for my self.
Poor Hotel
Yaaaaaaasson 01/02/2015 00:38Booked this hotel for only a day. Couldn't get my mind set up if this property was worth a one week of stay due to the split reviews, so i had to try it my self and extend my stay if i found it worth.
As soon as i entered my room i spotted a stained blanket, a filthy and smelly bathroom and a rooms heater that looks like it just survived second world and served an extra time in Vietnam!!
Right away, i headed to the counter asked the guy (Kareem) to change my room, and right away... He handed to me the new room's key. He was very cooperative and helpful with us.
Walked to my second room. Praying to god that it was the one. Well, i got a fair clean blanket, and a relatively cleaner bathroom with no smell !
But then when i tried to turn on the satellite tv i knew that my prayers were not answered.... It wasn't working !
Didn't bother my self to ask, so i had a walk around and i found better and cleaner hotels in the same area for the same price (45 JD)
Coming to the constructive criticism, over all, this hotel lacks of hygiene, blankets and bathrooms need some attention from the management.
Didn't use the equipments (Microwave, cups, Forks ...etc) so i can not evaluate that.
This hotel is well located in the city center, although other hotels are available at the same area.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful, this is one of the best plus point this hotel has.
And lastly, i don't see it in anyway that my one night stay was worth 45 JD, so i wont call it value for money.
Conclusion: wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
great value for money
mehenelikon 04/11/2014 10:46Our first night in Jordan was spent at Barakat. The place was not easy to find with Google map ; we had to call the hotel to find our way.
Reception staff was welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The street is not noisy at all. We spent a very good night before heading to Petra in the morning.
I would certainly recommend that hotel. 42 JOD is a very good deal for a double room.
