Average Hotel

Hotel was at the end of the town close to the Marina. The hotel did not look much like the pictures, it was much more run down and a bit dirty. We were expecting something more modern and contemporary. The breakfast was good but the dinner was not. We were disappointed but were to tired to go out looking for somewhere else to eat. We paid for an ocean front room but spent time at the roof top bar because it was breezy and more open. The balcony we paid for was big enough for two people - it said in the description a double balcony. We definitely should not have wasted the money on that. Service was good and staff was friendly.

Nice Hotel

On the plus side, great position, easy parking, right beside the Rome Yacht Club Marina. Nice room, but the bathroom floor was awash with water after a bath.
Breakfast was beautifully presented, with an excellent choice. However the coffee was undrinkable, and cold. The hot food was also cold - stone cold!
With a little more care this would be a super Hotel. It would take so little to rectify.

Wedding anniversary

So we booked in early at the hotel and the room was ready, We was given the key to room 210 situated on the 2nd floor and we went up in the lift that overlooks the stunning beach. We went in to the room which was very clean and tidy, nice double bed, all the usual mod cons and included a balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

First thing I wanted to do was have a shower so I jumped in and saw that they had a shampoo come shower gel on the wall, one little bit came out, then the bottle was empty. Still, had my shower and upon going out, told the gentleman on reception and he said he would get it refilled whilst we was out but didn't.

After a walk around the area we headed back to the hotel and sat on the balcony and was quite disappointed at the view.. a block of flats that had graffiti all over them and a lady had her windows open and music blasting, wasn't quite the romantic honeymoon/anniversary we had hoped for but was making the most of what we had. We quickly realised after looking at the booking form online that we had paid for a sea view and quite clearly hadn't got. I went down to the reception and shown the ladies on reception the booking reservation so they said they would check what they had on their system and then confirmed we had booked a sea view and they gave me a new key for room 207 and apologised. Obviously I didn't even pack my things, just grabbed everything and headed to the new room.
Wow, what a stunning room, Much better than the last as had more hanging space, a nice desk with chair, bigger sink in the bathroom and lots of free toiletries. The view was perfect. I felt like we was in paradise and not in the ghetto.

I'd suggest a sea view for anyone staying at this hotel, it's worth the extra money.

Sadly I badly cut my finger opening the mini bar on a piece of metal sticking out behind the glass door covering the fridge and luckily it's healing now.

The roof terrace bar is lovely but only open certain days but we enjoyed cocktails on the terrace on our 2nd evening at the hotel.

Breakfast is spot on, so much on offer and you help your self. Great selection of fruits, cereals, meats, teas and coffees and juices and bottled water..

Will come back to the hotel again. Was slightly disappointed in it being advertised as adult only when in fact lots of children staying but that didn't spoil out stay in all fairness. I just wish we had been given the correct room on check in and was shocked at no goodwill gesture such for the mistake. But like I said, I will be coming back as it's a clean, fresh and friendly hotel.

Lovely summer break

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights to relax as we both love the sea. The hotel is in a great location, is lovely and clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would happily go back there.

The hotel was very good. Clean and very good stuff. Good breakfast, the room was nice with the seaview. The skyterrace was very good, but there were no people...and only one evening there was flowers on the tables.
