Lovely little place, room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and clean also. The food in the bar along with the breakfast were both very nice. The staff i met were very friendly and helpful, offering tips on things to do in the local area. Good, quiet location with an amazing view from the restaurant. Would recommend

My wife and daughter came here with some friends for tea on a Saturday night. The local pub was fully booked and Sue/Billy fitted us in at the last minute.
The food was excellent, Sue and Billy were the nicest hosts you could hope for, and we had an excellent evening.

I can't even describe how friendly and helpful the owners Sue and Billy were. We were starving and there was no food left in the local pubs so Sue and Billy kindly fed us even though we weren't staying at the hotel and we were way too underdressed for dining in such a fine establishment. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Me and my fiancee went in for a meal after a busy day in and aroind the area, as soon as we stepped in we were made to feel very welcome the owners Sue and Billy are brilliant. The food was amazing i cant give it justice by comment on how good it was all i will say is wow! We have both decided that on oir next visit not only will we eat there again bit we are going to stay there as its beautiful. I look forward to seeing Sue anf Billy again in the near future.

Just stayed for a night at low wood hall hotel in nether wasdale Sue and Billy the couple who run the hotel are lovely and above helpful the hotel has a lovely family feel about it and the village is lovely and peaceful with two exellent pubs only 100 yards away we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was tasty aswell we can't wait to get back.
