akshayanshuon 15/08/2017 18:32This place has got the only USP and that is heights. Due to this you can have a 360 degrees view of the surroundings. Beyond this please do not expect much. Electricity is an issue here. there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Food is OK and pricey. Service needs improvement. Staff is cordial but they lack the expertise to handle the visitors. Rooms are overpriced but there is no alternative and the management knows this. Rooms need maintenance as these are in dilapidated condition. Monkeys are a menace outside the rooms.

Gone downhill
KaranbirSingh_13on 02/08/2017 09:10I remember when this place was newly opened about 10 years ago. The views are still awesome but the rest of the place has gone downhill rapidly. There is no electricity connection anymore and the management has to use generators to provide electricity. The building is showing signs of age and neglect. The reception is shabby and looks dirty and uncared for.
The newly renovated rooms are good and good sized but the food is beyond pathetic. Utterly overpriced aswell. Monkeys are a great menace and it's positively unsafe to eat on the terrace. Both our table and the table next to us was attacked by monkeys looking to steal bags and food.
The fan in our room had a broken bearing and created such a racket that we had to turn it off to get sleep.
Overall, it's ok to spend a night here provided you get it for less than 3500 and ensure that you get the newly renovated super deluxe rooms. Order the food from one of the dhabas down on the road. Chacha da dhaba serves mind blowing paranthas and they're happy to serve their food at the hotel.
Awesome View but not so good service
ANKUSH2144on 17/07/2017 08:15Booked a hotel for 01N in JUL month away from the hustle bustle of city life. The view and the climate is super awesome but the service need to be taken care. Food is good but the service of the hotel nearly killed it.
Please take care of service in for future holidaymakers
