Ray Fon 28/08/2017 19:14I found our stay to as expected with nothing overly impressive. That said, I would more than likely stay again. I did find the check inn a bit disappointing with no offered assistance with luggage during the very busy curb side front of the hotel.

Room has 4 post king bed and sitting area & Jacuzzi and even a high bar table with stools. What more could you want!!! Just terrific
Delightful Historic Hotel in Perfect Location
BluesBiker56on 25/08/2017 16:23This was our second stay at the Basin Park Hotel and will definitely not be our last. They have managed to preserve the 1905 look and feel while adding modern comforts. The location is PERFECT for exploring Eureka Springs. The Balcony Restaurant is a favorite for lunch and dinner with a great view of Spring Street. The staff at the Basin Park is top notch. Friendly and efficient and they made our stay a treat. The bed was so comfortable we had to ask the brand and model! Cannot recommend the 1905 Basin Park Hotel enough.
Worse experience ever with the Basin
Kimberly Con 23/08/2017 21:28The hotel has gotten worse with every stay, used to be charming, now just old, smelly and leaky. Everything we used to love is gone or changed. The staff were rude and unconcerned with issues we had. Our windows leaked water terribly and almost ruined our phones sitting on the sill. If you have problems with stairs dont even try it, a storm knocked out the ill kept elevator and we had to go up and down 4 floors of stairs to come and go and are disabled!!!

837kaydon 22/08/2017 18:16A historic property conveniently located downtown, where you can walk to the shops, restaurants and downtown spas. The bed was comfortable, but the hallways, room walls, and our bathroom was from the 1950's. No updates. I was expected a little nicer for the money. The atmosphere and condition of the building was conducive to ghost tours I guess.
