Just myself and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights in June. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. We had a meal both nights in the restaurant and food was very good and not overpriced. Room was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and fantastic restaurant. Very nice service. For smokers there is a place with a TV and a pool. Delicious cuisine from the hotel kitchen. I highly recommend the pork ribs. Prices in the hotel are not high.

A good service provided by all staff who were keen to help.
The restaurant meal was of a good standard, the bar has a pool table & dart board, the room was quiet & of the standard I would expect for the price and the breakfast included freshly made omelets which was great.

The room was nice and clean but not too modern. Had access to cable tv which i enjoyed even most stations were in Dutch with subtitles. Good wifi.
The room had a small fridge and kettle. But the cups were small and not much tea and coffee samples. Just given a small bottle of water to make tea. The bathroom was spacious with a bath shower and lots of clean towels. The room had two single beds with duvet. Also the electricity was powered by the door pass. You has to put it a charing station by the door to get lights working. In visited in October and room was cold at night. Also on the second day the lift broke down and i was on third floor. So had to walk up 3 flights. However it was fixed the day. The food was very pricey so ate at the restaurant next door. However the staff were very nice. To get this hotel from Amsterdam central was a nightmare if you not driving. It took 45mins from Amsterdam central by train to Almere poort. Then you have wait for a bus which took another 20mins. I was unfortunate during my visit, that the bus stop nearest the hotel was closed. So the rain and cold at night, i had to wheel my luggage to the hotel. Therefore that a was the big let down for me because the hotel is very isolated. If you want to stay and visit Almere only it is good. However if you want to visit central Amsterdam, book something closer because i had to pay 12 euro daily to travelling by train. Yes and to top it off, on last day of my stay the lift at Almere poort train station broke down. So i had to lug my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs in pouring rain, not good because i nearly missed my train.

Good hotel for my purpose.

I like the hotel. Even if it's not a central location, it suits the purpose of my visit.
Everything is clean and nice.
The temperature in the room is comfortable.
Breakfast is good.
Internet is good and easy to connect.
Quite easy to travel to Amsterdam or other directions.
Some minor minuses:
No shower cap in the room (they gave it to me strait after my request).
No instruction in the room how to call to reception.
A receptionist wasn't at the reception, but there is a bell to call her.

If the location suits you, my advise - choose this hotel.
