More 2 stars instead of a 3 stars hotel.
marcodinison 12/07/2017 16:49Some of the staff are not very nice and not attentive to specific room reservation situations.
Poor breakfast that ends at 9 am which is the only hotel that I knows where this happends. Tables were not prepared and I had to look for fork, spoon, etc.
The cleaning of the rooms is not tottaly satisfatory and only shampoo is provided...

The bath appeared a little dirty, but this may be due to the continuous drop.
All in all a comfortable stay.
It's all in the lack of service
rigleton 22/05/2017 11:40I stayed for four nights. The room was dusty, and the airconditioner noisy. I asked the staff to check it - they agreed it needed repair and we agreed it would be fixed the next day or i would be moved to a new room. It wasn't fixed the following day (Monday). Nor i was able to change room. On the Tuesday, the aircon broke down for the hotel. I asked them pay specific attention to my room because of the noise, they said they would. They didn't. I came back from work to find the aircon fixed and as noisy as before. Again they said they would move me the following day. In the meantime they would let me me borrow a fan. The fan never arrived. I called to ask for it and they explained that they didn't have one after all
Wednesday morning I packed my suitcase to move in to a different room. I checked into a new room that night. It was also facing the motorway, and the window latch was broken so I could not close the windows properly. This room too was dusty. I went for a shower, and it it flooded the bathroom. I had to have someone arrive to declog the drain. then I had to wait for a while before they came back with something to mop the floors with.
In addition the service was generally unfriendly. I ordered dinner one evening but wasn't served cutlery. Upon asking for cutlery, the waitress snapped at me that she was busy. Some of the staff were friendly and tried to help, but for the majority it felt like they really just wanted us to go away and would say the right things without committing to them (hence waiting 3 days for a new room or a fixed aircon).
Dust, dust, dust....

Not sure if the room was just unoccupied for a long time, but on the floor was a quite thick layer of dust resulting in creation of dust clusters in the room corners and under beds. That is a bit shame I think. Damaged furniture was not replaced or even not tried to fixed. Room safe had exhausted batteries, thus not functional. Apart from these things everything was good.

Pros:
Quiet location
Great A.C.
Cons:
The floor of the room was dirty and needed swept.
The rooms consist of two single beds separated by a table. It would be must better to have a double bed or even to push the two singles together.
The rooms feel very basic.
