Event outside was heavy rain

I invite to visit this resort about the event, when I visit this hotel quite far from city. You should use taxi or own car to come this resort. When rainy comes some leaking at lounge in front of guest, not good. Need to fix this, for food on event was good, just heavy rain, event finish earlier.

It is our first time to Nongsa after searching for a better deal on spa packages.
Booked directly through reservations. After SG reservations has closed for the day, i called up to Batam View to confirm the reservation. I would like to thank Paulus (from Front Office) and Catherine (Reservations). For their quick reply and handling my reservations completely.

We were so calm onlooking to the mangroves and greenery upon arriving Nongsa Pura Terminal. And on arrival, we met Anggara the hotel representative. He collected our passports and gave us the immigration clearance card to skip the hassle. He brought us passed the immigration queue and onto the bus! We were surprised by such meet & greet experience.

The 2D 1N stay couldn't get any better! Welcome drink were given by Irwansyah upon arrival to the hotel, we have Aidil collects only deposit for the stay, passed us coupons that includes the package and key to the room! How swift that was! He even managed to explained on the coupons usage during our stay.

Our room is at the 5th floor which is the highest floor in the building with sea view!! And honestly, it is a great place to stay with cleaned and well-maintained room.

Even though I read reviews regard to this hotel, nevertheless, my husband and I were wow-ed by the resort! It is so calm and peaceful! Children playing in the pool with given floats, while i cannot wait to visit the cats, dogs, sugar glider, parrots and chickens! It is so village feel that we forgot our worries in SG.

We happened to met with GM, giving us tips to catch sunset & sunrise by the beach. Unfortunately, we expanded our spa session that we missed. But we certainly enjoyed our BBQ night near the pool until i forgot about the pictures of what I had! Ending the night with a glass of red wine and looking forward to catch the sunrise tomorrow.

Tomorrow has come, we unable to get up on time-must the massage that relaxes our muscles to stay on bed. And so our day started by having breakfast, dip into the pool and get around the familiar faces of guests.

Time for check out, we gave the keys and had some snacks in the lounge while waiting for them to check the room.

Once it's settled, the husband went for an open massage while i catch up with the cats and little Oreo. They're so lovely that i have a heavy heart leaving the resort.

We have more time that the husband and I did some facial treatment and myself got a massage by skilful Mdm Hasnah in 5th Dimension Spa. The views of the sea from spa calms you down and always inviting.

Last but not least, we ordered the Fettucine Al Fungi while we visit the gift shop. It became our favourite since we tried it.
As soon as we're out, Anggara managed to catch up with us while we waiting for our pasta in the lounge. He came with our passport and showed it has been stamped with arrival & departure dates by the immigration.
As we the transfers is already ready, we need to pack our late lunch.
The lady in Wangi Melati Coffee house assisted to have it packed and settled our check swiftly.

At the departure hall, Anggara lets us sit by the eating place and let us eat before we depart. We were being informed that he'll come back for us.
True enough he came back and brought us to a door that skips the queue and straight to the waiting area for the ferry. Just as before we need to depart, he checks on us for the last time. We couldn't be happier with this service.

All and all, i cannot wait to see the resort to come up with modern design with affordable package price.

Excellent place and excellent services. Very attentive Staff. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel very clean and cozy.
Excellent food and wonderfull views. Very relaxing, i just want to say thank you to anggra whos getting back my shades that i misplace in immigration and to the manager who help me to call his staff appreciated very much...Very well recommended

Far from city

Too far from city, no much food choices, and the food is expensive, taste so so only. Just for short vacation for relaxing. No much activity can be done here. Only their swimming pool and private beach. Beach is very small, less water activity, water activity is expensive too. We went on June, it's pretty hot that we dont even spend 15minutes on the beach. most of the time we are in Hotel room or swimming pool.

I was not happy wt the management for caging the poor animals. Wearing a cone on the dogs and leaving them no space.

The cats are cages in a cage while thy are enclosed cage.

The birds are not able to move much too.

Total abuse to animals.

The rooms were not so gd cos the furniture were so flaky chipping off.

Breakfast need to improve.
