The holiday started well, we arrived in the early hours and our room was ready (with a soaking wet floor we soon realised was normal) and we were offered a cold meat snack.
I have to say after two weeks staying here. I agree with a lot of the negative comments.
I have never felt so unwelcome as an English person. The reception and bar staff are rude and make minimal effort with the English.
I sat at a table in between two local speaking families and observed them being provided with water. The waiter avoided my eye contact so I got up to ask him for some water he said yes and then disappeared.
The rooms are not cleaned well, we were never provided with the daily water and had minimal toilet roll.
The buffet is not large enough for the amount of guests and results in a mad feeding frenzy of people barging in long queues.
The pools are lovely but unfortunately we witnessed lots of smashed glass not cleared well. Which leads me to the worst part of our holiday my daughter fell on a glass and needed 11 stitches.
It was hard to get them to understand to get any first aid help. They didn't want to let us use the hotel wheelchair and we never even received a call or note from the management to ask how she was.
The hotel grounds are lovely and has the potential to be a lovely hotel with some nice customer service added.
I have to add the animation team are great and really work hard.
Huge thanks to Fellini for making my daughter feel special.

THANK YOU ANİMATİON TEAM, thank you so much. We really loved the night animation shows ,it was so entertainerd and funny :)
And, also a big thanks to the Kids Club girl, at most thank you aynur and aysu, really cute funny and awesome girls we love them so much.

Check in: We arrived early hours but were checked in quickly and given wifi details etc.

Accommodation: Room was in original/old block, small for the 3 of us but clean and maids kept very clean throughout our stay. Saw some of the rooms in new block (friends we met there) and despite how much bigger and modern they are we preferred our location as we were away from pool so was much quieter when you returned for the evening.

Food and drink: Dining selection not very English but we always managed to find something in buffet we liked. Tended to skip breakfast though as fed up of egg on toast 😊Ice cream all afternoon but beware of burgers, they are not beef burgers, have a bit of a twang. Take tea bags as they keep the English tea behind outside bar (not a problem to stock up there though, just ask) and they do not stock it with room tea making facilities, only fruit tea and coffee. We bought UHT milk in lobby shop. Supermarket only short walk along beach and snacks are cheaper 😉 Make sure if you get talking to Billy Mitchell or Mustafa you book up Casablanca - food is fantastic and so well priced (we paid £60 for 4 adults and 2 children)

Arcades: use Turkish Lira as you get more for your money 💰Friendly staff, great with kids

Now for what made the holiday - ANIMATION TEAM!! 👍🏼Ali G, Fellani, Maria, Ozge and Koray ♥️ What can I say! Friendly, engaging and such good fun! Played water polo, darts, pool games, took part in a few shows, did water aerobics, had water pistol fights, played archery. These guys are FANTASTIC and because of THEM we will be returning next year 😘 They work so hard but, even when you see them at dinner, they always have a smile for you - miss you guys 😢

Kids Club: Aynur tried really hard with my son, who is so shy. She didn't push him though so when he felt comfortable he enjoyed aerobics, crazy golf and just hanging in the clubhouse

Downsides: Beware of spa people bothering you when relaxing. Even having a treatment won't stop them trying to upsell or further pestering another day. Also Reception will see you waiting but won't acknowledge you til they are ready

6 year Visit

This year was the 6th year in a row that we have visited this hotel! We love it and our daughter now 13 doesn't want to go anywhere else, the hotel is clean the rooms are spacious and it is in a lovely location right on the beach and a small bus ride to the town centre - the spa is amazing ❤️ - the main reason we keep returning thought I must say is the entertainment team led by chief Koko ❤️ and the best team Ali G❤️ Maria ❤️Fellaini ❤️Ozge❤️Charlie❤️ all deserve a special mention - so friendly helpful, make the day fun and provide excellent evening entertainment - actually spend time getting to know the guests and we look forward to seeing you all again next year xx

Wè come here second time, especially för animation team, koko and Maria. If Maria is Not here, there ll never be same energy! Her smile made our holiday and also thank u för lovely gimnastic☺☺ Koray making his job perfect, and Manage good his team. That's why we love to see hım again. Wè enjoy here again, love u and hope to see ü again 😍
