What People are saying

Lovely grounds, rooms are clean but old

lindseywineangelon 10/08/2017 15:53

The owners take pride in their motel/ cottages. The rooms are old and the bathroom tiny. The bathroom door had to be open in order to sit on the toilet. Decorating is mid 50s and needed more lighting. It is close to Route 1 and quite noisy.

reasonable prices, adorable cabins

NYNJexpaton 07/08/2017 13:57

i arrived having hurt myself and the first thing the owner did was to call to try to get me a doctor's appt. She gave me two ice packs for my leg. The service and kindness here was amazing.
The price for this area was so much more reasonable.
The cabins are small and no TV, but it did have a coffee maker, frig, and microwave.
The rooms were decorated by interior design students so each one is different- a brilliant decorating idea.
Breakfast was the same as most continental breakfasts: english muffins, toast, coffee but also hummus, yogurt, instant oatmeal...

Very charming and perfect for families

We loved our one night stay in the motel room (#21) section. We were in the second floor and you can see the ocean views from there. The room was cozy and good for two kids. The breakfast selection was great and our daughter met the owner's little daughter and they played. It's a family destination for sure. Plenty to do in the area. Go for it!

Quaint and comfortable

An adorable cottage, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The only down side was the lights at night, even with curtains drawn it was very light in our cottage. Breakfast was a perfect assortment to get us started for the day. I would definitely come back and stay here in the future.

Excellent accomodations and hosts!

We were on a long weekend for a late leaf peep and stopped in last minute after calling for accommodation. Pamela and Loren are such warm and knowledgeable hosts! Because they were soon to close down for the season, we were put into the hotel though we had previously stayed in a cabin. Both the cabin and room were quaint, clean and inviting. As on the previous occasion, Pamela was able to list the most up to date events going on locally. We definitely will come again!
