Perfect Location, Great Value
Jody Con 04/06/2017 15:29Perfect location, right in the middle of everything! Walk out the door and onto the beach, boardwalk, shopping, entertainment, family fun and food, it's all right there. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular! Add an attentive staff and knowledgeable concierge for a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!
One of the BEST places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Bad Bay View
PleaseDoBetteron 29/05/2017 18:13The Bad: Poor view with noisy construction from balcony which was of no use. Got a wave from one construction guy while on the balcony. A positive was there were 2 balconies. Just could not be used, no privacy. Also had to keep the drapes closed because of the construction workers. The construction view was not good to look at anyway. Some areas of room dated and items need to be replaced such as the ragged drapes in the bedroom. Encountered a roach first 5 minutes in the room crawling on the kitchen counter and another during the stay which had a pregnant pod. The room was not properly cleaned, vacuumed or dusted. Encountered lots of other people's hair from room not being properly dusted. While in the bed lying back on pillows against headboard, I would feel a bang against the wall from doors closing or something in other rooms.
The Good: The room was spacious with 2 balconies, a full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigeration, microwave, washer, dryer, living room, 2 TVs. I mentioned earlier the room had dated areas, but the kitchen and bathroom were up to date with replaced appliances and bathroom look remodeled. The resort offered free movies which could be checked out from the lobby with room key. There was free parking and the staff was very polite. The resort is right on the Boardwalk, so you leave out the back of the resort and walk right onto the Boardwalk.
Opinion: I think I just got maybe one of the worst rooms on this trip. If you get a front ocean-view away from the construction and a clean room without roaches, I see this resort as being one of the best, but they have to take care of the issues for all the rooms, because people expect the best when they pay good money for a vacation.
Was not worth the money
Starlette Hon 25/05/2017 21:38Parking is awful at this hotel. There were also two roaches in our room we killed while we were there. And on checkout day we asked to check out at 11:30 and management said absolutely not. I've stayed at the Hilton and other places and checking out at 11:30 has never been a problem. Will not be back. Oh and there is no outdoor pool either.

Debra Don 24/05/2017 14:16Great location to all activities. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Enclosed parking garage. Nice oceanfront rooms. No laundry facility for individual rooms but does have washers & dryers in condo style rooms. Nice indoor pool & hot tub. Clean rooms.
