Interstate construction made getting around somewhat difficult if you did not know your way around.

julia son 08/08/2017 19:47This hotel was super clean, with a better and expected free breakfast. They also had chocolate cookies and hot water for tea in the evening. It was good enough that I changed my reservation for driving back to Houston from another hotel to this one!
July trip
barb mon 08/08/2017 14:48Stayed here in July. Made reservations on line, paid $51.75 plus 3000 of my Wyndham regards points. The hotel its self is not bad, the billing is terrible. Not only was I charged the $51.75, only later to find out they added an additional $28.70 to my charge. I have called the hotel several times to try and straighten this out. No one there cares to take the time to talk to me. I'm put on hold no transfered to an empty mailbox. I wrote to the Wyndham Corporation, they can do nothing stated to contact Baymont Corporation, so I did. More than 30 days later I heard back from them stating there is nothing they can do, they cannot see reservations past 30 days incomes me to contact the hotel its self. I called again this morning, David answered the phone I attempted to explain why I was calling, he just stated hold on, proceed to put me on hold. After about 1-2 minutes I hear a phone rug and was transferred again to an empty mail box. Not only do I suggest paying attention to you receipt, also check your charge card...additional charges seem appear that was not on your receipt.

Amy Pon 07/08/2017 04:27We stayed one night. The toilet leaked and the carpet was very sticky. The bed was comfortable and it was quit, the staff was nice too.

brownardon 07/08/2017 02:47Room was great it was very clean and had no problems. Service was amazing and check in was easy. I would've gave them five stars but they didn't have an elevator or it was not working I don't remember but I had to carry my bags up to the second floor. Call before you book if you have heavy bags.
