Janice Pon 03/10/2017 08:36The pool was perfect. I only have one suggestion add more protein with the breakfast. I wouldn't think it would cost a whole lot to add biscuits and gravy to your continental break with thousands being diabetic in these days it sure would help. Thanks

How to make a customer want to leave
fordlightning150on 16/01/2017 20:42I have stayed at this hotel many times the last two times I've been eventful. Last time when opening to the door for the first time the cottage cheese ceiling fell on my head. Explain that they put me in a room that was due for renovation and they were sorry that's fine finish my stay everything worked. This time I checked in and receive no towels and room service for three days when I questioned staff at the desk I was told that I should've known this due to the fact it was the weekend. When I questioned the next day getting new towels I was told the hotel was closing and this is the reason for the poor service. I stayed for a week before moving with no hot water and only three days of room service. Not a good trip
Nice place for the price
G8525WCamywon 05/01/2017 08:59The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. Check-in was simple and quick and the front desk clerk was very nice who checked me in. However, the girl who was the there the day I checked out was very rude and unfriendly, like I was interrupting her day. I forgot my key, and she seemed very put out to make a new one, and seemed quite annoyed when I checked out. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
No service over holiday
Stephane Bon 29/12/2016 18:04No guest room service over holiday. Stayed four nights. Finally got room cleaned after third night and had to ask to get that done. Poor quality of breakfast. Bread was stale, milk sour and hot food looked like it had been left from the day before.
