Comfortable and quiet
stoodleeon 27/08/2017 02:45We were a couple who were part of a group of 3 couples attending 2017 solar eclipse. Room booked over 18 months earlier and hotel honored price given at that time. closer to event were charging $1600 a room which was manifestly excessive. Ground floor room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet but could easily hear nearby trains. Although close to freeway no traffic noise. Close to major shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Has a nice pool. Self serve laundry was a good asset -
cost $2 for wash and $1 for dryer. Breakfast is self serve, has variety in a small space. Enjoyed chatting with Marie who provided breakfast.
Great little motel in a great location
pa0luccimon 26/08/2017 00:35The motel is very well run with competent and friendly staff who clearly put customer satisfaction into everything they do. Any (minor) issues are resolved quickly and professionally. The location is great too: close to the intersection of two highways, but not so close that you hear any traffic. Four good restaurants are within walking distance.

816bradton 26/08/2017 00:03I booked a room at the Casper Wy Baymont Inn in June of 2016 because I wanted to see a total eclipse. At the time I was quoted price of $1700.00 plus tax per night. I didn't think I had much choice so I agreed. (The room generally goes for around $75 per night). When I arrived and spoke to a few of the other guests, I discovered that they paid much less per night (like $1000). I questioned the manager and the response I got was essentially "tough". I asked about speaking to a supervisor and was told "no that's why I am here." And even if he would have called (which he did not) I was told that the supervisor "would not be nice." I do not mind paying a premium for a room that is at an extraordinary time, but I do object to being targeted and treated differently than other guests for the same event. I will not hesitate to share my feelings about my treatment with anyone who asks. If you genuinely care what your customers think, someone from Baymont will contact me because, quite frankly, I am being polite here.
An Adequate Stop over
CCA43on 19/08/2017 04:18We stayed one night on our way through town, Room was a little dark and depressing. Otherwise our stay was fine. We skipped breakfast -- opted for Starbucks close by.

Polly Mon 18/08/2017 16:17Very clean, functional, comfortable and accommodating. Just watch out for the "nonsmoking" rooms because some of them apparently have not been "nonsmoking " rooms for long. They nicely relocated me.
