Smoking Room & Lumpy Pillows
johannaw363on 01/08/2017 21:06I was put in a smoking room and I am not a smoker. I was not given the option to change my room - was only told that "they've done that to a few people today". The pillows were lumpy and the walls were thin.
Pool Broken
gregoryg176on 01/08/2017 15:33Our room was not cleaned after the first nights stay. Spoke with front desk, but still was not resolved. Just went down and got extra towels for the next morning.

This time the room was unclean-Buger King Ice tea on bed side table, smeared TV screen, smeared mirror, tub needed attention. Had 5 coworkr there at out recommendation- one found hair and bugs in her bed which she reported, They "changed" the sheets and forgot to put on fitted sheet. Sorry decline.
Fabulous Hotel
243customeron 25/07/2017 00:22This is one if the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff was friendly. Even the housekeepers would say Hi and ask how your stay was if they saw you in the hallway. The entire place is CLEAN!
The breakfast was superb. Their are restaurants that do not serve b&g that good. All the food was fresh and the attendant kept a constant eye. The biscuits were soft.
Very very impressed with the hotel. I rarely give a 5 on any review.
