The room was really small. The breakfast options was very limited. I dont recall any hot options except the standard waffle.

We loved the location. Couldn't have been any easier to get to downtown or anywhere else you may want to go. Just be sure to get breakfast early if you want any seating

Literally stay anywhere else

Ok, I don't tend to write a lot of reviews, but when I encounter things that are ridiculously bad, I HAVE to write a review to warn others.

The good:
-Nice hot tub
-Rooms are good size
-Bathrooms are good

The Bad:
-The front desk ladies (mainly the red head and the two silver haired ladies)
-The internet (OR LACK THERE OF)
-The breakfast
-The patio
-The fitness room (broken gear)
-Room smelled moldy

Let's start with the staff. The front desk ladies were literally the worst. I would have to say they are the main reason I am even spending the time to write a review. They were just nasty overall. If they were more polite when talking to people, maybe the guests would be more receptive to their requests. They were nasty, they talked about guests to OTHER guests, they were snarky in any request, and they were flat out RUDE. I heard the long silver haired tall lady ask one guest if he had a college degree. WHY you ask? NO ONE KNOWS WHY SHE ASKED THIS. Poor guest was just trying to get back into his room after leaving his key in there and she had to make him sound like an idiot. WHO DOES THAT?! All you hear day after day is their complaints about guests. Then they turn around and pretend to be nice to you. I've never seen such a lack a professionalism in my life. If you don't like being hospitable, WHY ARE YOU EVEN WORKING HERE. Then the red-haired lady was a straight up jerk. All because of some people in the pool area when JUST THE DAY BEFORE there were a ton of teenagers being loud as heck and running around and drinking bottled water in the pool area. BUT GOD FORBID SOMEONE ELSE DOES THAT. It seemed like all of the front desk ladies were out for blood against the 20 or so federal guests they had. Sounds like these ladies just cost the hotel what would have been guaranteed business in the future.

On top of that, the hotel internet is ATROCIOUS. Don't plan on getting any work done, the internet cuts out every 5 mins and if you ask the hotel front desk to reset the modem, they pretend they know more than you and suggest rebooting your computer or trying a different network. Fact of the matter is that the internet in the hotel SUCKS and the router probably hasn't been reset for over a year.

We were so disappointed in this place. I can't even believe how bad it was. The breakfast , btw, is mediocre at best. Basically nothing but sugary things to eat unless you want to brave the sausage and gravy. DON'T STAY HERE.

Very good overnight stay at this hotel location

I would reccomend this hotel. The room was clean. Bathroom tile was new. Breakfast was very good with a large selection.

Quiet top floor

The front desk made an extra effort to place me on the top floor away from the elevator so I could have as much quiet as possible.
