I absolutely have nothing bad to say about our 5 night stay there. Great hotel with very friendly and amazing staff. Thank you all so much.
A few issues...
Brenda Oon 14/07/2017 04:21The hotel is very dated and could use some updates. Our group had 12+rooms and this was the opinion of the entire group. Some rooms had to be changed due to room odors. Most disturbing thing was the breakfast area. We were sitting in that area late one evening when I needed a knife. I looked into the kitchenette to see if I could find one. Bread, muffins and bagels were still laying out on the trays from that morning's breakfast waiting to be set back out on the next day. Definitely made us question the cleanliness of everything and we ended up eating out for breakfast every morning. This was disappointing because we had all looked forward to relaxed and casual time in the mornings when we ate at the hotel. All that changed and we had to rush to make time to find a restaurant, get seated, ordered and served in order to be where we needed on time.

I3210QKscottson 12/07/2017 15:23We arrived to Pandora on the TV with a song using profanity, I was standing next to a 6 year old. The clerk was wearing a dirty undershirt. The room had a filthy tub, dirty floors, smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was not available because the clerk over slept, he was not available for from 530 am until 7am. Did not answer the bell or the phone. This was my worst hotel experience in my entire life. Also I called the corporate office who forwarded my complaint to the hotel we stayed at. We have heard nothing.

patriciahP5777KGon 06/07/2017 23:56The room was fine, however, the events were ridiculous. First, we check in about 11pm, get to the room only to find that it is already occupied. That get straightened out by putting us in another room. The next day I get a call from someone at the hotel asking what the story was. Why should I be explaining this???? Then around 9:00 pm the next night we try to get into our room and...the key has been deactivated. After waiting no less than 45 minutes to get someone to the front desk, the keys were reprogrammed. We get to our room to find there had been no service, not even throwing the trash out. I went to get coffee at 6:30, there was nothing ready. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 am. When we left at 7:00, it was still not available. The hotel was fully booked with a handmade sign on the door saying "No Vacancy." There were a lot of folks there for some sort of church event. I hope they are more forgiving than me. I will stay at a Baymont Inn, but never at this one again.

V1832XCrobertbon 06/06/2017 17:51The room was not cleaned before we checked in it wasn't dirty but there was dirty towels and rags left in the bathroom, and the latch on the door was broke and there was a funny smell in the hallway on the second floor , but the staff was extremely friendly and I would probably stay there again
