Clean but smells musty...
981kurtnon 16/07/2017 04:57The staff was GREAT!! The room really was clean but it smelled old and musty. I believe it was due too high humidity in the room or perhaps the A/C unit needs to be replaced or cleaned.
Way over priced for what we got in return besides a roof over our head for the night.

said no. Did not suggest any alternative. We went to Dollar General to purchase one.
Softball weekend
Ander0701on 13/07/2017 19:31We booked through group booking and had a block way in advance. The desk attendant, Charles was not only rude but thoroughly confused. Several incidents regarding our booking, how many nights were reserved etc (maybe the group Sales office had a disconnect). He was so rude. I have yet to see if my credit card statement is accurate. He acted very put off, if you approached the desk to ask a question. At times he did not even make eye contact with me but just kept staring at his computer. We entered the lobby one evening after coming back from dinner and the floor was very wet. I asked if I could help by using a towel to dry the floor and he said no it will have to be mopped. He put a wet floor sign up and walked away. I stood there and warned our entire softball team and their families to not slip since each passer by was doing just that. After about an hour he came with a mop. While the floor was still wet he took the sign and mop and left. The pool was dirty and did not represent what we saw on the website prior to booking. There was no hot tub however a switch on the wall labeled "hot tub" shows there had been one at one time. I would have liked to arrive at a room with a new roll of toilet tissue.

NICK4242on 13/07/2017 17:57The breakfast was not very good. There was only a couple oranges and no other fruit. Both my daughter and I took yogurt only to have both servings be spoiled. The pool could use a good cleaning also.
Worst Hotel we ever visited!
Shawn Ron 12/07/2017 21:04Buyer BeWare!! Never have i complained or written a bad review till now. As we walked in it smelled horrible and had many flies in the lobby. After getting to our room i left to pick up some food while the family showered. When i returned the wife had pulled the sheets back to find sheets that appeared to have never been changed with many brown and yellow stains in one of the queen beds, while the other had what appeared to be 10-15 dead bugs in it. We requested new sheets and went to the adjacent room we also had booked to eat. Decided we should also check those sheets and only to find even more dead or alive bugs 30-40. We immediately asked the cleaning lady to have a look and she too look worried. I then walked to the front desk to ask the manager to have a look after patiently waiting for the lobby to clear. He seemed disgusted i was even asking. We returned to the room while they cleaned the second room. We never seen the manager come to the room so i called the front desk. He answered and i asked if he took a look and his response was" Sorry our rooms are not up to you standards, i can check you out for no charge and help find a room at the holiday inn, or the hampton inn". I asked to call him back and called Santa's Lodge where they were able to get us two rooms. We checked out and left. This was the most disgusting room we have ever seen. On a bright note Santa's Lodge was closer, same price, very clean and very accommodating. Oh and while waiting in the lobby for manager we had a look around and the lobby furniture was also stained and falling apart!
This was the first and last Baymont Inn we will book.
