ahabib3on 20/08/2017 17:10Excellent staff, excellent room, very clean, good breakfast and very helpful and polite. Breakfast was hot and tasty, very nice pool as well. Would stay here again if I was in the area! Has to be one of the best Quality Inns I have stayed at!
New rooms
Denise Hon 20/07/2017 20:31We stayed for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. As we walked in the door until we checked out everyone was very pleasant.
The new owners are putting a bit of money into the hotel. New carpeting, sinks, toilets, refrigerators. They are doing a complete upgrade. I was told new beds have been ordered waiting on delivery.
I do not expect a full breakfast. Every morning there has been fried egg, biscuits n gravy, yogurt, cereal, coffee, bread... This is not a buffet. Its a grab something light n go. If you want a full breakfast go to a restaurant.
There is a small exercise room with a treadmill, stationary bike and an all in one exercise machine.
We took loungers from pool area and sat outside at night. We did bring back inside when done as i would if I were at home.
There is coffee all day long.
We were able to get a late check out which really came in handy since our coach was in the shop.
It's not a 5 star hotel but it is a 5 star hotel for a Quality Inn. If you want 5star go to a JW Marriott it Hilton and see what you get for your money.
Quality Inn Decatur OWES ME!
Stan Won 14/06/2017 17:40I have been staying at this hotel for 20 years. Through the worst and the best. They just charged me $21.40 for a towel that I use to clean up coffee overflow from the coffee maker in the room. They handled it with ZERO customer service.
-Then Quality inn Decatur OWES ME:
-$21.40 for the night I stayed there when the police showed up for the room below me, causing lack of sleep.
-owes me $21.40 for the night I stayed there and a wedding party decided to take three rooms and have a massive party. And the police were called due to their naked streaking in the parking lot.
-owes me 21.40 for the night I stayed and the heater in the room did not work when it was 30° outside.
-I can go on and on over my 20 year history with this property. Thank you Quality Inn for showing zero customer service.
Worst quality in that I have stayed at
President oon 07/02/2017 22:59I am a Choice Hotels Platinum member. Every week I stay in Quality Inns and other choice hotels. This particular Quality Inn is the worst quality Inn that I've ever stayed in.
The room was very uncomfortable , the bed felt uncomfortable, room was extremely noisy in the morning, the breakfast was ill-prepared and limited in choices.
Police in the hallways. Criminals walking around. Yikes!

My room door wouldn't lock, which I didn't notice until the next morning!
