Nice Stay
pmsappletonon 30/06/2017 05:04This was the first time we stayed here. The hotel was easy to find. Room was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to mall and shopping. We come to Dubuque several times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Dissapointing stay

Breakfast foods very limited in options.
Two key cards needed to be back to back to unlock door.
Double lock did not work as it was not aligned.
Pool tiny and area loud.
Wonderful service
lindahY1521PRon 21/06/2017 18:09Huge pothole right as you pull in. Pool was falling apart and was not filtering the water. Kids unattended and jumping in pool they also had drinks in pool area. Staff even walked into pool room and didn't even say anything. Beds were very hard

joc891on 16/06/2017 20:29Room was clean. We did have a few issues with the hair dryer did not work and the remote batteries were dead. The hotel staff brought up a loaner dryer and replaced the wall unit the next day. The batteries the front desk took some out of a remote they had. The front desk is sometimes unman because they do other tasks. The first day breakfast at 9:00 am they were out of eggs and sausage and the front desk attendant took a few minutes to put more out.
