Very Nice Surprise!
Retired-n-travelinon 10/06/2017 01:10We checked in here to visit a few local venues. We are Wyndham Rewards members and used points to lower the rate a little bit. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised...they upgraded us to a suite! Wow!
The king bed had a beautiful wood frame with matching furniture pieces. The bathroom was nice with a separate sink area...large enough that we both could move around in there and not be in anyone's way!
The staff was so friendly we felt right at home. The breakfast area was nice with a good variety of items, but not big buffet type options, which was just fine. The lady attending to everyone's needs was very attentive and kept things filled and the tables cleaned. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Flint!

Glen Son 04/06/2017 21:14Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has all the normal food. Rooms are nice an spacious. Only problem I had was the beds where suppose to be pillow top but it was really hard.

Karen Don 25/05/2017 22:49We were hoping with the area, the price and the size of the room we would have found our new favorite hotel for when we visit family.....but that was FAR from the truth. The person that did check in was disinterested and difficult to hear and not helpful at all. Usually check-ins we get a nice greeting, where to park, time of breakfast etc he was just rushing through and not speaking clearly. Then as we were traveling with kids we used an air mattress and the pull out couch usually there is bedding there for the pull out but it was incomplete so we asked for pillows, sheets and blankets......this was when it really apparent he didn't care. He argued and argued and then refused to give us pillows and was rude about blankets. In the room it appeared to have been just painted and evidence on the towels. There were dirty towels, trash and used soap in bathroom....terrible housekeeping. Again when I asked for towels the same desk person was rude. If I could give zero stars for service I would and maybe one for having a bed. Disappointed to say the least.....
