Gross, gross, gross
Brad Bon 18/07/2017 01:49The room was dirty, had to shower with my shoes on. Mold on shower curtain and hair everywhere. Room was not vacuumed. Obviously the room was only surface cleaned. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was really disappointing because the property is in a beautiful area.
Nice lake location
B5039BDcarolson 17/07/2017 20:53Baymont Inn was very quiet and comfortable. The one down side I could find is that the breakfast consisted of the same boring food each and everyday. If you don't mind eating the same food everyday then you're fine. The vacuuming of our room could have been better. There were bits of things on the floor and over by the desk, it appeared it hadn't been vacuumed for awhile.
Week in Hot Springs!
4everroyalon 17/07/2017 20:06We spent the week in Hot Springs. The Baymont was our hotel--it is beautifully located on the lake. We paid abut $30 more so we could be on the lakeview side. I would suggest doing that. The hotel is a bit out of town, which is good. Not many restaurants close by, the Mall is just down the street. Our room was nice. I would have to mark them down a bit on their housekeeping. One day they did not come to our room. The days that they did were not a lot of cleaning involved. They put clean towels on the sink, which was not wiped down. The exercise room was not functioning, one of the plug in connections was not working. My husband was disappointed by this. The continental breakfast was sufficient. No variation from day to day. Bagels, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage. We told the person on duty about our experience, and his response was "I guess there is always a glich". We would stay there again because of the location. Just a few bumps in the road!

ronw602017on 15/07/2017 20:15My husband and I wanted to stay at a hotel on the lake, and from all appearances this one seemed nice. The staff was nice and friendly, but the room was not so good. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain had mold/mildew growing on it. The shower water never would get warm and we had to take cold showers every day. Complaining did not help. The air conditioner was very noisy and made sleeping difficult. We were very disappointed overall.
