Great stay
emilyj6082017on 15/08/2017 20:46We had a great but brief stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites. We arrived around midnight, and the night auditor was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue we encountered was with the internet, it was in and out most of the time that I was using it, and for a period of about a half an hour it was down completely.
Disapointed
timothyn166on 14/08/2017 17:47Each year I stay at this facility for 2 -3 weeks at a time. This past week during my stay it became obvious this property needs new management. The cleanliness and service has slipped. I doubt I will be staying there in the future. Since I am part of a larger group that reserves several rooms, I am sure several will move to different hotels.

F1195DQalankon 11/08/2017 02:46It was far better than we expected. I don't recall staying at a Baymont before, so this was a new experience for us. It was initially hard to find, kind of out of the way. The Garmin didn't recognize the street address, and so we had to call the hotel to get directions. The clerk was very helpful, and gave us a good clue that I failed to recognize. You have to turn into the KFC drive in order to get there.
Anyway, the lobby was very inviting, and the room was exceptionally clean and inviting. Internet was mostly up to speed. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and sausage, and the usual other stuff: waffle iron, oatmeal, cereal, juices, etc. The cost for this overnight was not cheap (over $100 with taxes and fees) but the breakfast and cleanliness were worth it. It was about $20 more than the previous time we stayed at a Wyndham hotel (Super 8), but we didn't mind the premium. The coffees, both decaf and regular, were pretty weak, so don't expect to get a cup to go for the road. The coffees in the room were better than at the buffet.
The bath has a separate area for the toilet and shower, a definite plus. Persons can get ready with makeup, etc., while someone else showers or does other bathroom chores.
The mattress was firm, but comfortable, and there were five small pillows on the bed, enough to get us into sleep.
The hotel is immediately adjacent to a Cracker Barrel, if you're interested in dining out. We chose to have KFC for our dinner meal.
All in all, I would stay there again, and I recommend it heartily.

P1659IQrichardcon 08/08/2017 01:07The rooms refrigerator made a lot of noise. When I complained they put in a different refrigerator. The only problem is that this type of refrigerator goes through a defrost cycle every couple of hours so at different times in the middle of the night it would start making a lot of noise. Every night before I went to bed I would have to turn of the refrigerator. The help was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are not perfect but they are okay.

T Son 04/08/2017 02:13Our room was so humid that we turned the air to below 70 degrees, and the humidity never went away. The price was better than the other hotels in the area, but the hotel needs to be renovated! The location was good. It was next to a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. The Southport area of Indianapolis is pretty nice, but this hotel was not!
