Gail Fon 22/08/2017 16:12I feel this property was once a great Baymont but seems to be lacking TLC. The staff was friendly and we slept very well. It was very quiet even tho I expected airport noise. We heard none. The bath tub appears to have been recoated and that is rubbing off, red stain on the tub, lots of towels but my washcloth had black something on it. Cobwebs in corners and heavy enough to support some white threads or more like strings. Woodwork has had wear and tear as hotels get but this one needs cleaned or painted. Bathroom exhaust fan was full of dust. The breakfast was large but uninviting as the scrambled eggs looked rubbery and both them and sausage was turned on too high and burning to the pan. No sugar free syrup for pancakes. Bread, bagels, mini muffins, yogurt, instant oatmeal, stained box with tea bags, juice, coffee. It served its purpose but not up to a three diamond hotel as the AAA book shows.

dcp54on 18/08/2017 18:09We were in town to attend the state fair. The room was perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage. Our room was quiet, had a good nights sleep. We will be back!
Property needs a good cleaning, but breakfast was good
njanulison 10/08/2017 07:33With a few seemingly easy fixes this hotel could be a gem. The breakfast was the highlight but even so the scrambled eggs were odd like they either were reconstituted or maybe cooked the night before? Otherwise breakfast was better than most economy hotels. Iur bathroom was lovely appearing rhat it was newly renovatedb The problem I experienced with this hotel was the room cleanliness. It appeared a drink had spilled by the bedside table. The wall and floor where it ran down were never cleaned. Yuck! Also the bathroom fan vent and the ac/heat unit had thick mold and futty dust! Double yuck!!! I can't get past those things therefore I can neither return here nor recommed this hotel. I'll find something else with just as good a nightly rate.
Not what we expected
711manderpon 09/08/2017 01:03THe bed was so hard that it was impossibl to get any sleep...we were afraid to try anything in the bed as we were sure to get hurt by how firm and uncomfortable/unforgiving the mattress was. The pillows were so mushy that they were of little or no use...

Brklfd Oon 03/08/2017 04:57Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was carb based only. Down side.... I don't understand when wallpaper and chair upholstery is stained, that it is not a priority to have it cleaned.
