Room was clean, but had a musty smell
Sandra Son 15/08/2017 10:26This Baymont was not like most Baymont Inns. It must have been a different hotel at one time converted into a Baymont. The rooms were superficially clean, but had a bad odor. The people at the desk were VERY nice.
Bad experience
264kishawon 15/08/2017 00:53Upon entering to check in the attendant was not friendly. We asked could we check in ? She told us we had to wait til 3. She was informed that all rooms were ready. She seemed upset after that. The carpet smelled of mildew. The rooms were dusty. The outside door that require your room key had been tampered with. That door will not secure so a key is not needed. The door and finding my window open, I really didn't feel safe during my stay

teresasR7581TGon 11/08/2017 19:28Great place to stay in Jackson TN. I work the night shift as a travel nurse and I had no problem sleeping during the day. It was quiet enough for me to sleep and the room & bed were both very comfortable.
My stay
625deannayon 08/08/2017 14:09overall it was ok. But then we were going to bed and my grandson was going to sleep on pullout, we pulled it out to see it was broken. I then looked farther at it and the mattress on it was so old and rotten it was falling apart. I called the desk and the afternoon manager came up and was very rude and kept saying he didn't know it was that way and what did I want him to do about it. I told him somebody had to know it was this way they put a sheet on it. He brought me a roll away with no pillows or blankets. So finally the oncoming manager brought me what I needed. She was very nice. This ruined my stay there.
