jamessP7023GLon 07/08/2017 04:39Oddly this location is smaller than the RL Omaha which I had checked out of just that morning. From the time we walked into the Baymont it had a feeling of warmth and professionalism. It is a older location but you won't be disappointed should you choose to stay

angelabQ158CUon 05/08/2017 05:23The day we checked in the water had been off for 8 hours so I would not judge the cleanliness of hotel , considering what they had to work with I felt they head done it within reason. the only complaint I had they plan on fixing the continental breakfast is not as good but they are renovating and plan on bring back the hot foods. the new management has kept the old fabulous staff and seems to care about customer satisfaction and jumped right on to renovating the hot give them time and i think with the quality of staff they have this will be a must stay hotel.

The managerlooked at it right away and was not able to fix it. He had us moved to another room. Great service.
Need thorough cleaning and updating.
caroleA686BMon 31/07/2017 18:12Although the help tries hard to make things comfortable the entire establishment needs to be cleaned thoroughly; proper repainting done in the hallways; and the cleaning crew needs to be advised not to pile laundry in the hallways by 9:00 a.m. when people are trying to check out or go to meetings. It is not a pleasant experience to walk through piles of cleaning.

David Bon 29/07/2017 04:33Great location, easy access and very comfortable. Room service was excellant. Breakfast really fit the spot. As good as homemade. Front desk clerks very polite, hospitable and try very hard to please. Close to airport for short hops to other locations.
