We enjoyed our trip to Jonesboro. Just passing through but it was a nice stop to rest and grab a good breakfast before we headed out for another 8 hour drive.

This property is apparently undergoing - hopefully - a renovation. But for now, it's seriously unsecured, dirty, and stupidly attended (when the front desk is attended). You've got lots of choices nearby. Go to them.

Our shower curtain smelled like body odor.. Our mattress was old and broken down. The ice machine and pop machine did not work. The desk attendant said you were remodeling. I suggest you shut down the facility and reopen if it is better after remodeling. I was VERY Disappointed. We have stayed at Wyndham hotels before but NOTHING like this.

The entire hotel smelled like a cigarette. 1st room and the second both. Note on table said rooms smelled fresh and clean because they implemented a no smoking policy. Must have been yesterday. Rust on the door frames, paint coming off the tub where they tried to re glaze it. Fixtures and furnishings are probably original. My guess is 15 years old. I would never go back to this facility. Breakfast was muffins or bagels. Just a total all around disappoint.

We were a little hesitant to try this hotel due to the reviews but it wasn't as bad as they portrayed it to be. Therewas renovations still going but i didn't see anyone working. The signs were up but no activity noted. Our room i would say is a #2. Reasons very dusty, curtain had a tear in it, ceiling had water stain, valance over curtains water stained, toilet seat very loose not bolted down to the floor well. The plus side, bed comfortable, towels clean,bathroom somewhat clean but i always clean everything prior to use, microwave and fridge clean. The closet was 2 small for us since we were going to be here 4 days. We will come back when visiting since we know what to expect. The desk attendant on the day shift was very helpful and had the answers to our questions. Very patient and understanding and professional to the guests. Keep her around. The price is a little high for what u get. Oh and tgere are plenty of resturants around here. Kind of like a mini strip.
