jacquelinek756on 10/08/2017 18:32Hotel was clean, located near food, etc. Go to breakfast early, we got there at 9:15 and they were out of most of the food, but to be fair, breakfast ends at 10! There was enough batter for my husband to get a waffle.
terrible service
richardvN3130QLon 06/08/2017 02:31My wife and I were appalled at the casual attitude of the staff. The staff in the breakfast area neglected customers to eat with friends. Our room was never ready when we returned as late as 4 PM. None of the vending machines worked and the stairwells were blocked off.
The price we pay for budget
Newtobaymonton 04/08/2017 13:25Our first time at a Baymont. Rude Asian manager on duty might as well have said to me: this is budget! But the rest were really nice though. Rooms were small.
Room dirty No House keeping beyond first day/ Do you self a favor and avoid Wyndham associated properties
529ronaldkon 01/08/2017 01:00Dirty room with dead bugs in the corner. Went to front desk to request house keeping to vacuum room and was promised this would be done. Went to dinner and visited family returning late. Promise was not kept staying a second night expecting housekeeping would get it done the next day. Left early next morning returned at 8 PM. Discovering room was not touched. No clean towels floor still not vacuumed bed untouched. Went to front desk and was told they never touch the rooms on multiple night bookings. Stayed at two Wyndham hotels same week finding terrible conditions at each. I will Avoid all associated properties in the future
Very Poor Stay
jamesmP9377KGon 23/07/2017 14:17had to give the score a 1. Otherwise would have given it a Zero. Got to the room. Door was propped open with the lock latch. Room smelled like smoke. Noticed in the morning the smoke detector had a bag over it. If you are going to use a room for a smoking area don't have guests stay in the room.
