Needs updating
OBX_Conquistadoron 16/07/2017 23:10Hotel in very big need of updating. Carpet, paint, furniture all very worn. Room was clean but nothing special. We were just staying one night on our way half-way home. If we were going to be in the area longer wouldn't stay here. They did alow dogs and that was the reason we stayed here.

G5187RZheathermon 16/07/2017 22:02The Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were a bit small but clean. The Hotel itself was a little on the run down side. The appearance on the outside needed some updates as well as the rooms. Also, the Pool area was very run down. The ceiling for indoor pool is falling in and had holes. When it rained there, it literally came through the ceiling where the indoor pool was located. It was bad, especially when you have a child who loves to swim.
HORRIBLE experience
Jimmy Bon 16/07/2017 03:40Worst experience I've ever had at any hotel! We were moved to 4 different rooms for a/c problems then the tv was broke in our final room! Then they sent their "a/c" man up to fix our a/c Ashe pushed a laundry cart so he clearly was a a/c guy! He then told us it was blowing out at 45 degrees and there wasn't anything he could do for us as it was 80 degrees in our room! I honestly wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this hotel! Also the hallways and public bathrooms are kept at 84 degrees so you literally start sweating walking from your room. The pool is pretty nice but the indoor pool has ceiling tiles missing everywhere and disgustingly dirty with rat droppings everywhere
Needs updating
j mon 15/07/2017 18:19Location was ideal for our stay. The hotel is run down, carpet is worn, beds are very hard. AC work mediocre, bathroom was run down and not the cleanest. The breakfast was not of good quality. The sign at check in that said they don't rent rooms to locals seems to me to be boarderline on discrimination. I didn't feel this was a hotel I would stay in again and I stayed there before about 5-7 years prior. I will pick somewhere else next time, as I will be returning to see family.

charlessS1391UIon 11/07/2017 17:57Hotel was nice, it had alot of leaks on the ceiling and it was kind of noisy. We didnt eat breakfast,we tried one morning, but it was all gone when we got down there.
