Recent stay in Lakeland FL
sonjad49on 14/11/2017 19:47this was our first experience with Baymont and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the price very reasonable, but we found the rooms and overall décor to be very attractive, clean and functional. The staff - from the cleaning personnel, food service and front desk were all very friendly and efficient. The breakfast staff even made her own special treats and presented them to us at the tables - delicious! The pool area was very clean and inviting. We will definitely look at Baymont for our future travels. We had other family members staying at other local hotels and from our perspective WE had the best overall - great internet, tv channels, beds extremely comfortable, cleanliness.

Great Place, but..

Everything you need for a night or 2
debsjcon 01/11/2017 01:30I stayed here for 1 night on my way from Orlando to Clearwater Beach. It was a good price, and had everything I needed for a night. It is very close to I-4, so a really convenient place to stop. There are a few eating places close by, including a Cracker Barrel right next door. The front desk staff were nice, and the included breakfast was fine. I didn't hear any noise from my room, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked okay including the wi-fi. The room and furnishings look a bit tired, and would benefit from an update.
