overall the place was nice, however upon arrival the bed stand close to the wall was covered in dust. When going to use the sample shampoo and conditioner the shampoo was half gone. This made us wonder just how well did they cleaned the room? if the bed stand was not dusted and the sample shampoo bottle was not replaced or noticed it had been used just how well was the rest of the room cleaned? Did they change the sheets or just remake the bed? The continental breakfast was nice. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast items to choose from. The bathroom needed updated. The shower curtain was stained and so was the shower/tub enclosure. I know that it doesn't mean it wasn't clean, but the appearance was not appealing, John and Teresa Garnich from Milford Ohio

Not impressed - room did not appear to have been swept, stain on duvet, and the bath tub drain did not close. A previous person's express checkout bill was on the floor with personal information on it (was the room not cleaned after she left?), pillows lumpy. However, it was very quiet and the mattress was good, so we slept fairly well in spite of a very noisy heating unit. Also, we never did see an elevator for the second floor - are you kidding?! At nearly $175 total cost the hotel was not good value.

Absolutely filthy! I have pictures to back that up. it smelled like stale cigarettes, the pillows were lumpy, the rooms are very loud, there is no elevator so we had to lug our bags up the stairs, we found "fluids" on the comforter at the end of the bed, the pillows were messed up, the carpet had not been cleaned properly, the toilet ran, the bathtub would not drain well, we found a number of hairs in the shower, the room was dated, there was a air filter hidden behind the chair in the corner, garbage outside was overflowing, Wi-Fi was almost non-existent, breakfast was a joke. might as well stay in a motel. it was gross.

Chose this location for it's proximity to Hocking Hills State Park. Took several minutes for someone to show up at the desk when we checked in. We were given a 2nd floor room...no elevator...very difficult to bring in luggage. We were told there were no other rooms available.

other than check in which I thought was cold and calling breakfast deluxe every thing else was great.
