Is the really a Wyndham stay?
Katherine Hon 08/10/2017 04:03Our stay was not a pleasant one. The bathroom light was hanging by the wires between the tub and commode. Therefore, we did not shower! Breakfast was so-so. Need to learn how to scramble eggs (whip them before scrambling). Paint splatters in the lobby. (spray gun used instead of painting with a brush). After breakfast, back to the room. Could not get the door open. All around the place to put the key was filthy. That's why the door would not open. White paint splattered over parking lot where we stepped down the get into vehicle. This is the worst Baymont Inn I have ever encountered!

Needs a makeover
F2819TCheatherbon 04/10/2017 12:03Room needs a makeover. Clogged sink, toilet running, shower dripping and mold on ceiling in bathroom. Stains on sheets and bed comfortable. Exhausted driver needed a bed.
No room, charged my credit card anyway
E9861TDleeaon 28/09/2017 15:07I booked the reservation online when my mother was admitted to the hospital. When I arrived at the motel, clerk said he did not have my reservation and would not give me a room. Later that day, I received email with confirmation number. I had already gone to anther hotel, so I called and asked him to cancel, giving him the information. he said he could do nothing. The charge went through anyway, and I am now in the process of contesting charges. When I called back, as the bank told me to do, the manager refused to fax the relevant information to my bank.
not that bad but needs improvement
510cristianeton 18/09/2017 17:47the hotel looks great from outside but the room was dirty so dirty that I had to clean myself the breakfast was ok but we had to wait a lot to bring more hot breakfast (eggs,etc) they had the hotel full of guests and they were not prepared!
