Once again..
Riana Bon 02/07/2017 17:47I've stayed here a few times, and it always feel like housekeeping doesn't do their job! Dirty towels left in room (hanging up) and only one clean towel and wash rag. No towel for the bathroom floor, and no filter for the in room coffee maker. Juice machine was off in lobby for breakfast the next morning as well.
The stay was horrible. The pool was only opened maybe twice...

tealelephanton 22/06/2017 17:59The room was comfortable. The bathroom tub was filled with water. I'm assuming from the leaky faucet and the stopper engaged. There were young adults outsider my room laughing and talking all night long. Otherwise, the stay was acceptable. There was only one set of towels in the room but the hotel staff quickly rectified that issue and fixed the tv that wasn't working. The telephone had a lot of static so I had to walk to the front desk to request the towels.

The first visit (in May) was great.We had no problems. The visit in June was not as good. The room didn't have any towels. The room assignments was different from what I was told. The two ladies (Ms.Christine and Ms.Sheila) however were very helpful,courteous and professional.Ms.Shakeye was great in helping to resolve any questions,issues we had.
Check guy was awesome!!! The rest of stay went down hill...

Room dirty, no toilet paper, bathtub had hair in it and dirt in corner of tub, carpet dirty(bottom of socks were black), sheets had stains, tv didn't work, breakfast all there was was gravy, bread and stale cereal and completely out of the way! Stay somewhere else.
